i just want to set up a windows server 2003 domain environment which contain three network sites. The subnet of the three sites are:172.16.4.0/22, 172.16.8.0/22, 172.16.12.0/22

I need the three sites and the host can communnicate with each other, and also can access the host Internet resource. So i try to set up three NAT virtual network in vmware workstation6.5.

But in fact, no matter what i did i can create only one NAT virtual network.

I don't know why?

Very probably you only want one NAT-network - the other two can be host-only networks.

use vmnetcfg.exe and create the missing ones
