Does Workstation 10 work on a Windows 10 Host?

I am running Workstation 10 on a Windows 8.1 host. If I upgrade the host to Windows 10, will VMWare Workstation 10 break? Windows 10 isn't listed as being officially supported. The guest OS is Windows XP. Thank you.

If I have to believe all the reports on people trying to use Workstation 10 on Windows 10, then yes it will break.

For starters there's a very long thread here on bridged networking no longer working.

Windows 10, Workstation 10, no LAN bridge

Near the end of the thread it appears somebody found a workaround but not sure if that actually works,

I don't use Workstation 10 here so cannot verify.
