Hi, On the first boot up, I had a device manager requesting to download drivers for my Nvidia card. I Just ignored this until I was finished downloading Vmware tools. After the reboot, the request was gone, I took a look at the display adapters and instead of seeign Nvidia Gefore 6900, I see VMware SVGA II. Is there a way to convert abck to my nvidia? Thanks for all the help.
The virtual machine will not see a Nvidia Gefore 6900 video adapter, this may be the video card of your host and not the virtual machine. The virtual machine has it's own set of virtual hardware and this includes a VMware SVGA II card.

There is no way to convert it back, since it never was a Nvidia card in the virtual machine
