Device setup issue with vmware 7

I am trying to get my Virtual OS to see my wireless card seperate from my regular os but it only sees one wireless card and not the other even though the regular os sees both cards.

a VM can only see USB wireless devices
buildin Wireless devices and other normal network cards will appear as Vlance, VMXnet or E1000 inside the guest
