Dell G15 5530 slow performance with Vmware Workstation PRO 17.0.2 Windows 11, but Linux is good

I bought the dell G15 5530 with i5 13450hx, 40GB DDR5 4800 Mhz with Windows 11 PRO!
I have a 2TB xpg S70 Blade nvme Read 7400 MB/s and write 6400 MB/s!

I installed vmware workstation 17 PRO version 17.0.0 and updated to version 17.0.2
I'm having terrible performance issues.
Very lag and very slow performance.
I've tried many tutorials here in the community, but I can't solve it

I did a format test and put linux ubuntu 22.04 and there was a brutal performance improvement!

I went back to windows 11 and am trying to solve this problem, does anyone have any suggestions?

I already formatted and installed all the drivers from the DELL website

I've used the storage as RAID, such as AHCI/NVME, to no avail...

Below are all the steps I've tried.

turn off power:

powercfg /powerthrottling disable /path "C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware Workstation\x64\vmware-vmx.exe"

disable the hypervisor:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

preference=>memory:
Fit all virtual machine memory into reserver host RAM

windows security:
Disable core isolation

Linux performance
Linux ubuntu 22.04Linux ubuntu 22.04

Windows 11 PRO performance
Windows 11Windows 11

It only reached this performance of 2000 MB/s of disk reading, after doing all these tutorials, because before it was 700MB/s
