I have a Windows 7 Pro (64 bit) VM running on a Windows 11 Pro laptop. I set up the host's drives C and D as Shared Folders (mapped to drive Z) on the VM. When I access either drive from Windows 7 File Explorer, there is a couple second delay before the folder opens, noticeably slower than opening a folder on the virtual drive C. Is there a setting I can change to speed up this access?
Additional info: I set up a single folder from the host as shared, and the lag is still there.
