Debian Kubernetes OVA file

Proton uncertainty.   Docker deprecation.   Concept of a Linux OVA install great - but something other than RHEL/Docker.   Looking for an OVA Debian Linux install that focuses on Kubernetes and some type of container software other than Docker.

Does Dell or IBM own VMWare?
