I have a PC with Windows and I want to create a MacOS Sierra VM.

You have to use VMware Fusion to Install MacOs Sierra .

It is a violation of Apple's licensing to run Apple OS on non-Apple hardware.  If we help you here, VMware could get into legal trouble with Apple.

VMware Fusion is a product for Apple Mac computers, not Windows computers.  Refer to my reply earlier!

Hi,

As mentioned earlier this is a legal issue, not a technology issue.

VMware cannot address this as the licensing limitations are made by apple and VMware simply has to comply with that.
