Try reverting to 16.1.2.  There have been issues with the drive mapping/mounting with all the 16.2.x versions so far.

@Mikero Is this ever going to get fixed?  You guys broke something with the drive mounting between 16.1.2 and 16.2.0, and it still hasn't been fixed as of 16.2.3.
