I was running an VM and suddenly my windows crashed on the VM. Since then I was unable to start up my VM anymore.
I've attached the log below.
Need some help as I've lost 2 weeks worth of work.

Are you able to migrate VM in a cluster between ESXi hosts? Try also storage migration.
Is it vmdk on which System is installed, correct? What about Backup? Are you able to restore VM?

I went through the log and found where the error was. missing a WIN7PRO-cl3-s008.vmdk' file.
So I copy the an old s008 and add it as a disk to another VM.
At the end manage to recover some of data.
