Copy and paste sometimes don't work between Windows guests and hosts?

Hello.

Is it me or does sometimes Workstation v9.0.1's copy and paste do not work between hosts and guests even if the latest tools are installed and running? Rebooting guests does not fix it. Only exiting Workstation and relaunching it fixes it. At least I don't have to reboot my host 64-bit W7 EE SP1 (8 GB of RAM) machine. Is anyone seeing this annoying problem once in a while?

yes i have the same problem from time to time

mostly when i'm copy&pasting from one vm to another

and sometimes it just stops working

i also need to restart workstation to solve it but sometimes even that isn't enough

Same problem here.

What I normally do to make sure the copying works is to drag the file to the guest and wait for the

copy icon to appear and then release the mouse button.

It normally always works.

What I also found was that when copying a folder with had subfolders in it, some of the subfolders were not copied so I

had to copy them individually.  Too many problems with version 9.

am seeing the same issue, if I restart guests it does not resolve issue, but if I close the workstation gui and leave guests running in background it works again when the workstation is relaunched
