Connect to existing Windows installation as a VM?

I am running a dual-boot setup, with Ubuntu 22.10 on /dev/nvme0n1p5 and Windows 10 on /dev/nvme0n1p3.  Ubuntu is my main OS, but there are times when I need Windows for something.  I bought VMWare Workstation Pro, thinking I could run my existing Windows 10 installation as a VM, but for some reason I can't figure out exactly how to do that.  I'm probably missing something that should be obvious, but is there any way I could please have some help?  Thanks!

You need to create a VM for the other physical boot OS - but when the wizard is at the point asking about a hard disk, select 'use a physical disk'.  Read the documentation before doing so, for information about things you should not do™
