Computer wont Start up or Wake from Sleep

Once i stop my vmware workstation and keep my laptop under sleep mode it will never boot from sleep mode, i have to hard restart the laptop

This happens with my Windows 11 laptop 

I have noticed this is something issue with vmware workstation as whenever i start and stop it the issue occurs 

Othert time the laptop works normal

Best option for your mental health: get used to it.
Dont expect that VMs that were running while your laptop goes into hibernation will be able to wake up easily.

VM are not running while i make the laptop to sleep mode 

I stop all VMs and then lock my laptop screen and just close the flap of laptop instead of shutting down 

When i start the laptop again it gets stuck on the Lenovo logo and does not start 

Need a solution for this as hard restart all the time can affect my HDD

He said his machine won't wake up, not the "vm doesn't resume state on host machine sleep."

I am experiencing the same problem as described. Any solution or troubleshooting steps would be appreciated. 

I'm not even sure how vmware has access to sleep settings anyway, but clearly it changes something to make the host machine wake from sleep break.
