Computer Crash 3 times in row, whenever i start VMWare

From my Event Viewer:

The description for event ID "7024" from source "Service Control Manager" could not be found. Either the component causing this event is not installed on the local computer or the installation is damaged. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event occurred on a different computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was saved with the event:

VMware Workstation Server

The locale-specific resource for the message you requested does not exist

Version of Workstation?

Version of Windows?

Tried doing what the message says with a repair or reinstall?

VMware Workstation Pro & Windows 10.

I was take ownership of pcaui.exe, remove writeprotection, open it in Notepad and delete all codes.

This way Windows not automatically restore the file. Maybe that fix the crash.

Each time i start VM Ware pcaui.exe display an message, and i think maybe this message are causing the crash.
