Hello,

The processor Intel E2160 does not work with the latest Workstation 14, so the CPU itself limits you to Workstation 12 max.

Your Windows version (not activated?) is 32 bits and as such you cannot even run VMware Workstation 12.

IIRC then Workstation 10 was the last version that ran on a 32 bit host operating system.

Also note that since your processor has no VT-x support that you will not be able to run 64 bits guests.
