Hi,
Im trying to implement a inhouse cloud application which runs workstation on two diferrent desktops, but the VM's on these workstions cant communicate each other..tried the following
-Bridge networking(All Vm's) but the Host where workstation is having firewall which cant be disabled due to some security policy
Any idea how to make VMs communicate each other?
Thanks
Arun
Well, if communication is blocked by the firewall there's not really much you can do. If you are using applications with dedicated ports in the guest OS's you could try to configure NAT networking and use port redirection in VMware Workstation.

If I’m running NAT rule then do I have to open any port on host to redirect port from host to VM ?
Thanks
Arun
Is there any logical router appliance which will solve this situation ?
You can certainly install a virtual router, but if your firewall blocks traffic it won't necessarily help!?
