Closed VMWare Workstation Network with DHCP from SBS2008 must NOT broadcast to phisical network?

I'm setting up a deployment lab for testing using a guest SBS2008 VM on my Windows 7 x64 Host. I'll be running WDS and the Windows AIK on the server and need to enable DHCP so that my VM targets can PXE boot and install Windows 7.

I must not broadcast my DHCP to physical computers on our network but at the same time I'd like to be able to get the latest software updates from the internet. I'm sure this has been asked before and indeed I used to configure my SBS2003 install with 2 NICs for just this purpose however it was recommended to use 2 NICs in 2003 but isn't supported in 2008 so I was wondering if there was a way to acheive this setup using one NIC on the SBS VM and just configuring the VMWare network?

Use NAT. It uses the internal VMware DHCP server and you can connect to the outside world.
