Close 1 VM forces another VM to close

These are what I did:

- I ran a script(vmrun) to clone VM 2 times and run both VMs.

- I ran a script to turn off 1 VM.

This will force another VM to close. 

I want to ask how to prevent this?

I have 2 VMs running. I stop and delete one VM and it forces another VM to close.

I use vmrun to perform these steps. There are steps I tried:
(Without launching VMware client (I use a master VM with window 10 installed in it)
1. I clone 2 VMs from master VM in separate folders (..../folder1/vm1.vxm, .../folder2/vm2.vmx)
2. I ran both VMs (vm1 and vm2)
3. I stop 1 vm and delete after that.
4. vm2 got stopped.
