Client keeps rebooting

I am currently working on a project in which we have a vmware image (Microsoft Server 2008 R2), which only works on a single client computer.

When copied to other (similar) clients, we are NOT prompted for if we moved or copied the image, and when the image is powered on, it just keeps rebooting. Any input to possible solutions will be greatly appreciated!

We run the latest vmware 6.5.3

Log attached for further info.

When does it reboot? Is it possible that there's a blue screen shown very shortly?

Hi Awo

There is no bluescreen. It gets through to POST,a nd starts with windows 2008's "windows is loading files"

shortly after that i t reboots.

Have you copied the whole machine or just the .vmdk files?

If the latter applies check that you have choosen the same SCSI adapter as the original guest uses.

The problem has been solved. It was a BIOS setting that obstructed the startup on our HP elitebook client machine.
