Changing DMI in VMWare EFI

I am running a Windows 11 guest and need to make it so that nobody can tell it is a virtual machine from msinfo32 or dxdiag or any similar software. For that, I need to modify the DMI Strings in the firmware. While I was using OSes that supported the legacy bios, I could have easily changed the DMI Strings in the bios.440.ROM with the Phoenix BIOS Editor, but with UEFI, that is another story.

Can anyone tell me how to edit the DMI Strings in EFI20-64.ROM?
