Cant compile VMWare Workstation 6.5 modules in debian 5 with kernel 2.6.29-1-686

Hi, has anyone have problems with the installation of the last version of vmware worksitation over debian 5 lenny with kernel 2.9.29-1-686??? I have the kernel-headers and when i tried to compile modules after instalation. it launches an error and stops the process, logging this

"Building module with command: /usr/bin/make -C /tmp/vmware-root/modules/vsock-only auto-build SUPPORT_SMP=1 HEADER_DIR=/lib/modules/2.6.29-1-686/build/include CC=/usr/bin/gcc-4.1 GREP=/usr/bin/make IS_GCC_3=no VMCCVER=4.1.3
