Cannot run Windows 10 VM after having installed and used Docker desktop - UNSUPPORTED PRECESSOR

Hello,
I have a VMware workstation 16 I have been using for more than a year. It is installed on Windows 10 laptop.

In it, I have a Windows 10 VM that I use for my tests. Suddenly, the VM cannot boot anymore, I get a blue screen that says: unsupported processor.

This VM has been running for a year with no issue before.

I tried to create a new Windows 10 VM, the OS does not install, and I get "unsupported processor".

The only thing I can think of is I installed Docker desktop and have been running it for 2 weeks now. But I do not know if this is the reason.

Does anyone know what the issue could be? And what I can do to be able to run a Windows 10 VM now?

I would greatly appreciate any help, as I am unable to test anymore...

Thank you,

Claire

Windows 10 Creators Update (Windows 10 version 1703) Open Hyper-V Manager from the start menu. In Hyper-V Manager, Find Quick Create in the right hand Actions menu. Customize your virtual machine. (optional) Give the virtual machine a name. Click Connect to start your virtual machine.
