Cannot print using commerical VMWARE 15 WORKSTION PLAYER

I cannot print using the commercial version of this software.  I had to rebuild my PC and the help desk fixed this before.  As this is lost, I tried calling support with 4 million options to get through all to no avail.  Can anyone help?

Did you mean virtual printers was not working for you, or? Have you enabled virtual printers in preferences? If not, please enable and re-launch Player again. Can guest os see the printers that you have configured in host side? Which applications did you use while you were printing?

If still not working, could you please provide the steps to reproduce the issue and upload the logs? what's your host & guest os? Which version are you using? Thanks.
