Cannot install Windows guest

Hi, I cannot get any Windows Guest installed properly on either 15 or 16. After the first reboot, the screen just keeps flickering with the blue background and message "Please wait". I am using 20H2 Windows 10 Pro. I have tried disabling 3d and transparency in Windows. Any thought?  Thanks.

I am experiencing this exact same issue. I have tried a number of things.

Resolved. If the network setting is kept as NAT (default) during the creation of guest, there isn't any problem. After guest machine is created successfully, the setting can be changed to bridge without any issue.
