Hi,
I have created .v2i and .vmdk files using Symantec BESR/LSR of a physical machine, now I want to import these files into Vmware workstation 6, however if I go to File --> Import and then run the Converter wizard, it asks me for .sv2i or .vmx files. I have neither of those. So I created a new Vm and gave the .vmdk file and said use existing physical disk, now this disk is accepted, but the Vm does not boot into the OS on this .vmdk file.
Is there a way to import the .v2i or .vmdk files created by BESR/LSR into Vmware worksttion?
