I have updated the system and set the shared folder to be shared always but still cannot find anything under /mnt/hgfs/. What would be wrong?

Workstation version? Host OS and version? Guest OS and version? Are the VMware Tools installed and configured? We need *something* to try and help you...
Workstation versoin: 15.1.0
Host OS: Windows 10
Guest OS: Unbuntu 18.04
Tools installed(It is can not be clicked, then I thought it has been installed)
It used to be OK but two months ago it didn't work
I had updated my windows 10 and i cant share my folder i searched many website on google but i did not find any solution
