Cannot change network to bridged: There are no unbridged host network adapters

This is message I get when I run vmnetcfg.exe (vmnet cfg in picture View image: Untitled1 )

I openn my network and sharing center, and i click of change adapter settings i see the following ( http://postimg.org/image/rbbxs6r2b/ )

i right click properties on network bridge this is what i see View image: Untitled5

I right click properties on wifi this is what i see http://postimg.org/image/g929g07lv/

What is the solution?

A lot of misconfiguration seems like.

Copy your network configuration somewhere and Just click on the restore defaults and your all deafult settings will be back. And then you can change whatever you need.

SORRY, total noob on this. How do I restore defaults, where do i click restore defaults?

on the first pic View image: Untitled1 in bottom left you can see a restore defaults option their. it will bring back all your default config for you vmware workstation.
