Cannot Install Windows 10 on VMware Workstation Pro 16

Hi...hope someone can help me.

I am trying to install a Windows 10 on a VMware workstation pro. Everytime I start the VM, it boots the ISO file, Windows logo appears and then it suddenly powers off the VM without any error or something. I got the ISO file from the Windows Media Creation tool.

Here is my host machine.

CPU: Core i5-1135G7
RAM: 24GB
Virtualization: Enabled
Secure boot: enabled
OS: Windows 11 Home

Intel VT-x is already enabled in BIOS

Please help. Any idea would be appreciated. Thank you!

In case anyone else has this issue, scroll down to the EFI VMWARE Virtual SATA CDROM Drive and hit Enter
Then hit any key to boot from CD
Started loading the windows 10 installation which I completed as normally done.

Hello...Thanks for the response.

I tried this and the Windows 10 installer boots up....it even shows "Loading Files......." then Windows logo shows up....and suddenly it powers off..

Here is the VM log files if this helps.
