Hello,
Yesterday night I registered for the Evaluation version of VMware Workstation. I have a download accelerator named Getright, I used it to download the Workstation setup file overnight so that in the morning I'll be able to work upon it. But, in the morning I found the download had stuck on 98% complete giving the error:
The server returned an error response 403 = Forbidden
Aborting.
I was logged in to the portal and this error flashed when I reached 98%. I have 256kbps - DSL.
Any solutions on how I can resume from where it has paused??
I have been waiting for an answer and my download has stuck on 98%. How can I continue from this point?? Any one there to help?
There are a few possible causes:
1. Getright might interfere with the VMWare servers, so that a download may abort at a percentage completed. A firewall might be the cause of this hardship.
2. Because of the availability of VMWare WS 7.0 rc, the servers might be busy, so you could get denied ability to complete the download.
You can try downloading again, but without the use of getright.
