Cancel deletion of snapshots

Hi,

I choose about 8 snapshots for deletion in snapshot manager. I pressed delete and it started to "remove unused files" .

Since it took some time I quite soon pressed "Cancel", the progress bar had filled about 1/3.

I thought that it would leave the snapshots that it had not deleted in the snapshot manager and that I could fix them later.

But now all snapshots were gone.

Does that leave me with 2/3 of unnecessary snapshot files on my hard drive?

How do I remove them in order to get some of may hd space back?

Br Ulf

Take a new snapshot and delete it, and Workstation will automatically clean up the rest of the unused disk files.

Make a back up of your VM before making changes or deleting files.[/b]

Since snapshots are nothing more than files, you could delete them.

This does require you to know which files are still being used and which one's are not.

Thanks!

Deleting the a new snapshot (had almost no changes) took 5 minutes and removed 130 files.
