Hello,
I am having problems upgrading to version 12.1.1 from 12.0.1.
When I tried to upgrade the version to 12.1.1, it stopped at about 75% and popped up a error message, which said "Failed to install the hcmon driver.". Then it rolled back the
installation process and completely deleted my Workstation 12 Pro copy. Tried to clean install, but the same error message appears.
Here's my specs:
Intel Core i3-6100 @3.7 GHz
6 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 (1x4 GB 1600 MHz; 1x2 GB 1333 MHz)
ASUS H110M-A D3 Motherboard
ASUS STRIX GTX 750 Ti 2 GB Graphics card
2x 320 GB WD Blue Hard drives
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
