Can't modify default vmnet mask

Hi,

Im on Archlinux with Workstation 12.5

When i create a custom vmnet on vmware though the gui, there is a default net mask 255.255.255.0 i cant modify,

When i try to modify the configuration file to set an appropriate mask, once vmware load, the mask is overrided bye the default one,

I suppose this trouble prevent me from having internet on my VMs for non /24 networks.

Do you know a way to modify the default mask of the custom vmnets permanently ?
Thanks for all, and have a good day !
