Can not reclaim VM disk space when using Linux hosted VMware workstation 12

Hi,

When using VMware workstation12 Linux hosted version, I find there is no option like "Reclaim disk space" in manage menu. I remember I can do that in Windows hosted version Vmware workstation, that is right click a VM, choose something like "Reclaim disk space"  or "Clean disk space".

For example, if I have a linux guest VM, the original disk vmdk file size is 10GB, then I dd a file which file is 10GB, after that, the vmdk file should be 20GB. At some time, I deleted the 10GB dd file, the VM's vmdk file is still 20GB, then I use the option "Reclaim disk space" to reclaim the not used 10GB disk space to resize the vmdk file to 10GB again.

I wonder how I can do that in Linux hosted version VMware worksation12

Thanks!!
