Can not ping Win& host from RedHat VM in bridged mode

i am using my laptop at home . connected via router.

the VM Linux can see and ping other machines .

The VM can also access the internet.

but the VM can not ping the server.

ip address of the linux is: 10.0.0.11

ip address of the host : 10.0.0.9

your host seems to have more then one physical nic - do you have configured bridged mode yet ?
Automatic bridging will NOT work for your constellation

Which components regarding Juniper are installed on the host?

Often network issues occur in combination with VPN clients.

use the startmenu entry "Virtual network editor" or start vmnetcfg.exe

how can i disable "Juniper Network Connect Virtual Adapte"?

i can not see it under devices->network adapters

I'm don't know Juniper in detail. However, I guess it is installed as a service (or multiple services). You would have to consult the documentation on how to safely disable it.
