Iam facing a issue with vm , after some times vm get frozen by the workstation pro software, i wanted to debug the error ,could you please help me out to find the log locations in windows system.

In the menu -> Help -> Support -> Collect Support Data
That will grab all relevant logs and zip them up.
The About log also has the UI support log and in the VM's folder you can find a number of log files.
Then there's logs in the windows %TEMP% folder.

I got the logs, but i cant understand why zip file is containing so many files, i want to know the exact cause for the VM freeze , could you please help on this..
