Can VMware Desktop and Virtual PC be installed on a single PC without any conflicts?

I am trying to determine if there are any known issues installing both VMware Desktop v6.5 and Virtual PC 2007 on the same PC (with an Intel Centrino Duo CPU).

Note that I do NOT wish to run both simultaneously. I would only use one or the other at a time, never both.

Does anyone have any insight into this issue?

Hypervisors don`t conflict with each other in any way.
