Can VM Workstation run an existing Operating Sytem within Windows 10?

On my PC I have three operating systems installed - Windows 10, Mint Linux 19 and Mac OSX High Sierra. Each OS is installed on it's own physical drive. At boot, I choose the operating system that I want using the Clover boot loader. All three operating systems work well.

What I would like to do is boot Windows, then boot one of the other operating systems within Windows similarly to how you would boot a virtual machine. I don't want to lose the ability to boot directly to any of the operating systems.

Can this be done? If so, is a simple thing to set up?

If this can't be done in Windows, can it be done in Linux or OSX?

You can boot the linux within vmware. But using OSX and i believe it's hackintosh, is violating the Apple licence and you won't get help here.
