Can I download somewhere ONLY vmware-vdiskmanager.exe?

As far as I know it is include in Vmware Server package. VmWare Server in turn is free product and therefore

all included stuff is free.

I need vmware-vdiskmanager only one time for resizing the max hard disc size for an existing *.vmdk

So I want to avoid to install full Vmware Server product

In general I am using Vmware Player.

AFAIK VMware does not normally distribute vmware-vdiskmanager.exe by itself although it is available in the Virtual Disk Development Kit however if you're using VMware Player 3 it can expand the size of the virtual hard disk from within the VMware Player UI.
