Bluetooth + XP

I have an XP VM that was created on another laptop. I have transfered it over to a new Dell M1330 XPS laptop that has internal bluetooth. I would like to get the bluetooth working from within VMWare. I am unable to get the XP VM to recognize the internal bluetooth card. Any ideas?

I'm using Workstation 6.0.4 BTW.

Probably only if the Bluetooth is USB internally. Does anything show up on the USB list in Workstation? (And do you have a USB controller added to your virtual machine?)

I'm not sure if it's USB internally, I doubt it though. Nothing shows up in the USB list. I do have a USB controller added to the VM.

If it doesn't show on the USB list, then probably it's not USB, so wouldn't be able to be used in a virtual machine. The simplest thing might be to just get a USB Bluetooth adapter, despite that being redundant. What I've done is gotten one of those reaaly small ones that have come out recently. Barely sticks out of the USB port so I can leave it plugged in all the time on my laptop.
