Blue screen and information is "Unbootable boot volume" when i install Win XP on vmware workstation

I just install vmware workstation on my Rethat OS, and then I create a vm to install WinXP, At the beginning of installation ,vm detects the CD-DVD ROM and starts to load files, a few minites later, It comes to blue screen.Error: STOP:0x:00000ED(....),and I try serval times and get the same result.I hope I have given the needy information and Someone can help me out.

Check your installation media and check your host for RAM problems (using memtest86+, which you can install using yum).

You should enable legacy emulation in case you try to install NT x from a DVD-device.

Even better - use an iso
