BSOD after update Workstation 6.5.1 to 7.1.3

Windows XP SP3

Core 2 Duo E6550

2Gb RAM

Everything was fine with VMware Workstation 6.5.1

But after update to VMware Workstation 7.1.3 - I have BSOD on the host each time when I try to run any guest OS (Win XP, Ubuntu 10.4).

After downgrade to 6.5.1 - Everything fine.

I have tried this KB http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=2051

but it did not help.

Minidumps are attached.

How to solve this problem? Thank you in advance
