Auto-Start Guest Upon Starting Host ?

Is there anyway to auto-start a V-Machine (Ubuntu) upon/after starting the Host (XP) ?

Guests: Ubuntu 8.04, XP

You can create a startup script or batch job which runs the vmware executable and feeds it the appropriate options. In windows, this is path\vmware.exe -x path\vmyouwanttostart.vmx Other options are:

-X to start with full screen

-B Bare window (hide controls)
