I'd doubt it as Workstation 7 (if that's what the tech preview version will eventually be called) is still only in private beta. Historically, once Workstation reaches public beta, it has been a 6 to 9 month beta cycle before the product has been released. And historically, the free upgrade period is only a couple months before the release.
