All windows 7 disk drivers changed to "Promise 1+0 JBOD SCSI Disk Device" ?

Hello,

Running VMware workstation 7.1.1 on Windows 7 64bit. Intel system ICH9R southbridge.

After VMware workstation installation all host disk drivers changed to "Promise 1+0 JBOD SCSI Disk Device". Maybe it's default behaviour or maybe it happened after I created test virtual machine which uses physical disk. Drivers work but they are not good for me - I used ICH9R RAID before driver change, and now my former RAID array(RAID1) device is represented as two separate disk devices and instead of writing to RAID1 array I'm writing to sigle disk (another conflicts as disk with same ID).

Anyway I intend to use only one disk as physical disk for virtual machines and I want my old drivers back for other disks.

How should I do that ? (I consider workstation uninstall as not an option)

thanks

Ok, sorry - not vmware's fault.

Few days ago Microsoft update managed to install "Promise AHCI Compatible RAID Controller" driver which messed things up...
