The unity mode desktop shortcuts seem to be tied to the user profile. is there a way to create a win 10 desktop short cut that works for all users that log on?
Is this machine apart of a domain? If so you can push that out via AD Group Policy. If it's not, you may be able to do it via a local Group Policy.
