Hi,

What version do you have of Windows 10 (1803, 1809, 1903, 1909 or 2004)?

What type of network card does vm (vmxnet3 or E1000e) have?

Have you installed VMware Tools?

What version do you have of Esxi and vCenter?

First of all just avoid that.

Suspend VMs before you allow your host to hibernate.

If you forgot to do that try restarting the VMware NAT and DHCP services.
