After changing ip address in a VM with debian, access in port 80 cannot work

I have a VM with a debian 10 installation (guest), on a windows 10 with vmware workstation pro  15.5.6 (host)

I have changed both the host's and the guest's ip addresses, due to an office relocation, and now, even though I can ping the guest from the outside network, I cannot reach the website (openproject installation) on port 80 (http).

Also, I have checked all the configuration files within the debian os, but I didn't find any specific declaration of the old ip address, to change.

ufw on debian isn't enabled, and i have also tried disabling the windows 10 firewall on the physical pc, with no success, in making it work.

Does anyone know have any idea, what might cause the trouble ?

Thank you all, in advance.

I'm not familiar with Debian or business setups in general but if I had moved a system resulting in an IP change I wouldn't be messing with the Host or Guest firewalls but instead with the new modem\router and making sure the settings there were correct to allow incoming traffic or more likely just enable port forwarding etc... Sorry, may not be much help but I read your question and noticed you didn't mention trying anything outside of the host or client and that would be where I would start. Good luck
