Adobe Premier Pro and Photoshop will not run in Workstation 17

Using the same box (Dell Precision 3650 and Nvidia card) and in native win 11 adobe runs fine. Now move into a Workstation 17 and it will not run due to the graphics card issue. How do I connect VM to the graphics card, did not find any settings that would allow that to happen.

This is on a ubuntu 22.04 host running Win 11 guest.

Silly question, but have you installed the VMware Tools in the guest, which include the video drivers for the emulated graphics card?

Yes, it has been installed.

Workstation 17 VM is only using openGL 3.1, the host is on 4.6.

My version of OpenGL in WS 17 is 4.3:
