Hello.
Maybe I missed something since I told my VMware Workstation v10.0.3's unchecked VMware Tools' synchronize guest time with host. I booted to BIOS. Change the date 15 days later (8/1/2014 to 8/16/2014) and then rebooted back to 32-bit W8.1, but it shows 8/1/2014. Isn't that the correct way? Yes, I do have the latest tools installed.
