16.1.2 is the last stable version. 16.2.0 and 16.2.1 are terribly buggy and crash often, particularly if more than one VM is open at a time. One bug in particular is that I cannot mount an NTFS partition as writeable with either 16.2.0 or 16.2.1. I can mount it if I don't need to write to it, but if it is writeable, Windows just gets a question mark on the drive letter and it can't be opened. If I downgrade back to 16.1.2 then it works fine. I have not found a solution to this bug yet.
